50plus Plumbing provides a professional and guaranteed plumbing installation and maintenance service for householders and businesses. The service is an extension the the 50plus Handyman plumbing service and offers a greater range of works.

50plus operates a fast response service to local commercial companies for emergencies and maintenance work. We have a client base of commercial and domestic customers and are experienced in small works, fault finding and refurbishment.

The 50plus plumbing service includes:

			Small works - from minor repairs to taps, toilets and ball valves to new radiators and showers including central heating and electrical work requiring Part P notification. We also install and service Quooker instantaneous hot water taps.
			Fault finding - plumbing and heating, cylinders, overflows, stop cocks, pumps and valves
			Installations for conversions. Contact us for a competitive estimate
			Upgrades to bathrooms, en-suites, kitchens and utility fittings
			Repair and replacement of gas boilers and central heating systems Landlords gas safety tests In some areas LPG and Oftec (oil) services

For domestic customers, landlords and letting agents:

• A Pay As You Go service with a simple half hourly rate for the smaller jobs
• Fixed prices for jobs we can reasonably estimate which are over 8 man hours in duration

For commercial customers:

• A Pay As You Go service with a simple half hourly rate for the smaller jobs
• Fixed prices for jobs we can reasonably estimate which are over 8 man hours in duration
• Tailored packages with rates dependent on time of response and the time of day the work is undertaken
• Installation services for customers supplying goods or equipment that needs installing in customer premises
• Preventative maintenance programmes and project management.

Customers may pay by credit/debit card.

The service is provided locally by direct employees and associates.

Estimates

Estimates are normally provided free of charge. Smaller jobs of up to a day in duration will normally be estimated over the telephone. Larger jobs may require a visit to enable an estimate to be provided.

To obtain service please telephone 50plus Plumbing on 0845 22 50 495 between 9am and 5:30pm week days with messages taken outside these hours or if the lines are all busy. You are charged a local call rate only.
