At CTM we can offer you a unique employment opportunity. We are an outdoor events services company who provide traffic management and admission control solutions. We require people to work in the car parks directing and parking vehicles and also selling and checking tickets for people entering the events. We require people who are able to work outside and as part of a team often for long hours. Candidates need to have a good level of spoken and written English and be be prepared to work hard. When you are not working there is the opportunity to enter the event. These events include horse shows, motorsport events, festivals and a range of others. Applicants can choose to work one event only or they may wish to work at several events. Applicants will however be expected to make their own way to the event.

The events we service take place primarily between the months of May and October with the period of June to August proving especially busy. They include music festivals - such as Glastonbury, V Festival, Glade, Reading and Global Gathering - Motor Sport, Horse Shows & Exhibitions.

A competitive rate of pay is complemented by recognition for hard work and loyalty with the prospect of progressing to supervisory & managerial levels. Typical pay rates are £6.50 per hour including holiday pay paid once a month.
