The Sales & Marketing Consulting Group (www.smcg.net) is a well established consulting firm working with clients across Europe and North America.
We are in the process of creating a firm of independent consultants working across multiple disciplines across the UK. The role is to provide co-ordination, client oversight and coaching support for the independent consultant teams. This will entail running a half day monthly team review meeting, a monthly telephone business review with each consultant, a quarterly telephone client satisfaction review, co-ordination with consultant practice groups, a monthly regional report and attending a quarterly Regional Director meeting.
The role can be extended if desired to provide a recruitment aspect to identify, assess and select independent consultants to join the group.
Applicants should have senior management and commercial experience.
